We want to promote snowboarding to anyone and everyone that wants to get involved. That’s why we will be running free events over the winter season in Avoriaz.
At Gypsy Snowboarding we love nothing more than to promote snowboarding to EVERYONE and ANYONE that wants to get involved, we want snowboarding to be inclusive of everyone.
The best bit about snowboarding for us is the community that comes along with it, this is what makes it more than a sport… come and join our snowboard community, you won’t regret it!

Girls shred day
AVORIAZ: - CHAPELLE PARK, AVORIAZ - TBC WINTER 23/24
Girls Shred Day is a day when we form the biggest girl gang in the Alps and take over the park. We aim to take the intimidation away and offer free coaching to everyone that shows up. Whether you are a park rat or a total freestyle beginner, we have coaches on hand to talk you through everything.

Our goal is to help you get rid of that ‘Fear of the Park’ that so many people have. Freestyle parks can seem intimidating and scary but once you get involved, you’ll soon realise that they have a community of their own where everyone is keen to see and help each other progress.
If you have never been in the park, then this is definitely the event for you…
Summer 2019 saw our first ever ‘GYPSY JAM’ event go down at the indoor snow centre in Manchester UK.
We teamed up with our good pals and shred buddies The BoobyTrap to bring you a day of coaching sessions before the main evening Gypsy Jam event. You could ride the park all day and learn some new tricks with coaching from team Gypsy & team Trap before you entered our 4 hour shredathon Jam session. This was a no pressure sesh where everybody walked away with a prize in hand.
